My wife is now coaching me, which is weird, but takes the thinking out of it for me. It's been good thus far and the program is basically what I would have assigned myself. She's been just doing a great job of giving me the paces, saving me from doing the math, and the intensity levels, which is good because I probably would never give myself easier weeks when needed!
As far as my athletes, we've recently upped the mileage quite a bit. We had been being way too conservative for our talent levels. We've also done some "big boy" workouts such as 12k tempo, 10 x 1 mile, etc.
I'm thinking of writing a summary of the training philosophy and reasoning behind what we are doing, but that will come with time.
